Its hardwork for charities to keep going nowadays, us included. One thing me (Theresa, Wayne’s Sister) & my partner are doing this year to raise funds for The Wayne Howard Trust, is the first ever colour run in Portsmouth & we’re looking for some fun people to join in with us! It’s a FUN run & we’re gonna be dressed as bees! You can walk it, crawl it, jog backwards if you like, it’s about having a great time, being silly & getting covered in multi coloured powdered paint!

It’s only £30 to enter & you get a free tshirt Or why not join yourself (team or individual) to help raise funds for The Wayne Howard Trust? Just raise what you can, it all adds up & right now every little counts!!

Let us know if you want to join our team to hop, skip, jump, stroll round. We are doing the 6K, only 3 miles. You can pay your £30 entry direct to our paypal & just let us know the tshirt size you want:

PAYPAL TO – isobel.howard@thewaynehowardtrust.co.uk

or if doing individually you must register via the Colour Me Happy website to be eligible to take part.

Details on our Virgingiving page for your lovely donations will be added shortly.

We will also have a charity gazebo there so look out for the bees & say Hi! There’s loads of fun family stuff happening too! Have a look its gonna be great! Inbox us your interest or check out our facebook page & join the event there.

    Trethowans Sponsors Local Charity Evening

    14 February 2017

James Gleisner, Paralegal in the Personal Injury team in Southampton, sits as a Trustee on the Board of the Wayne Howard Trust, a brain injury charity.

On Saturday 21 January 2017, the Wayne Howard Trust held a charity salsa evening at the Solent University Sports facility on Wide Lane.  As the trust is one of the Mayor of Southampton’s charities of the year for 2016-2017, she was also in attendance at the evening. Trethowans donated the security cost for the evening (the only overhead of the event which had not been donated), meaning that 100% of the money raised went to the charity, as well as also donating a bottle of bubbly for the raffle. James comments, “The donation made for the cost of the security, as well as all the facilities and entertainment, was fantastic and meant that all funds raised could be put to good use. The Wayne Howard Trust is a fantastic local charity that are trying to work towards a goal of ensuring that any person that has suffered a brain injury gets the right follow up care to ensure that they can still thrive and live life to their full potential”.
